1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EvoShort (“the Service”) at https://www.evoshort.ai — including joining the waitlist — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EvoShort is an AI-powered video creation platform that generates evolution-style short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The Service is currently in a pre-launch, waitlist phase. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change before and after public launch.

3. Waitlist and Early Access

  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service or any specific launch date.
  • Early access pricing and benefits are offered at our sole discretion and may be modified at any time before launch.
  • By joining the waitlist you consent to receive email communications about the product launch and updates, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information during waitlist registration.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limiting or abuse the submission endpoints.
  • Use the Service to create content that violates any applicable law, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The EvoShort name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of EvoShort. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own content creation purposes.

Content you generate using the Service — provided it complies with these Terms — remains your property. EvoShort does not claim ownership of videos you create using our tools.

6. Subscriptions and Refunds

Once the Service launches, paid subscription terms will be detailed in a separate billing agreement. The following apply at launch:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • New paid subscribers are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will meet any particular quality standard.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EvoShort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in the country of EvoShort's principal place of business.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
